You Are A Successful Agent. So?
Everybody wants to know the person behind the name. Potential clients are looking for something that resonates with them and motivates them to do business with you or your company.
Prospects are not looking for how many degrees you have or how many awards and accolades you may have acquired. They don’t care how many letters you have after your name. Unless they are in the real estate business, they don’t know what those letters mean without the help of Google. That information is useful and can be woven into the profiles. However, your ideal client is looking for something “human” in the profile, like what inspires you to do what you do. They want to know your backstory, your history.
If you are a new real estate agent, reach out to your ideal client with your profile. Convince them you have a passion for real estate and tell them what led to that passion. Let them know you honestly have a desire to help them sell their home or find their ideal dream home.
I have been a licensed real estate broker for more than 20 years. I can tell brokers who are passionate about helping their clients and those who just want to rack up commissions.
Whether you are a new agent or a seasoned top-producing agent, I will assemble a creative profile for you that:
- Tells your story.
- Resonates with your ideal client.
- Creates a desire in your ideal client to work with you.
Don’t bore your prospects with yada-yada copy that sounds like just anybody and everybody.
Wow your prospects with copy that makes them feel like you are talking to a friend over a cup of coffee (or beverage of choice).
Don’t be like everybody else.
Be the peacock!
